Refund Policy

Lease Decode reports (£9.99 / £24.99)

Because the decode report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been produced. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your report from being generated, contact us within 7 days and we will either re-run the decode or issue a full refund.

Intelligence Reports (£59 / £149 / from £199)

Intelligence reports are manually researched and delivered within 48 hours of payment. Refund eligibility is as follows:

• Before work begins — if you request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment and research has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.
• After work has begun — once research has started, refunds are not available. If we are unable to complete a report for any reason, a full refund will be issued automatically.
• Completed reports — we cannot offer refunds on the basis that findings were not what you hoped for. The report reflects verified information from public records.

Tenancy Vault (included in £24.99 plan)

If you have not yet used the Vault and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will consider a partial refund of the vault component (£15.00) at our discretion, provided no reports have been downloaded.

Email hello@decodemylease.com with your order reference and reason. We aim to respond within one business day.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will always act reasonably and in good faith.
